This page outlines essential information on ordering, aftercare, cancellations, and product expectations, to ensure you feel fully informed and supported throughout your experience.


Each product and treatment is thoughtfully crafted or delivered with care — and our policies are designed to protect both you and the integrity of our work.





🟤  Bespoke Wig & Topper Orders



  • All toppers are bespoke and made to your individual measurements, base design, colour, and density preferences.
  • A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any bespoke wig or topper.
  • The remaining 30% is due on completion and collection.
  • Due to the custom nature of these pieces, no refunds or exchanges are available once a bespoke order is placed. 
  • What if I change my mind mid-process? As each piece is made to order, your deposit covers time, materials, and labour. If you choose not to proceed, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Minor adjustments may be accommodated post-collection, but full restyling or colour changes are not included.

Are toppers ready-made?

No — we only offer fully bespoke toppers at Cotswold Hair Clinic. A custom fit, colour, and base design are essential for the best result.





🟤  Ready-Made Wigs



  • We currently offer ready-made wigs from two collections:
    • Legacy Collection (phasing out): coloured processed hair, more prone to tonal change over time.
    • WŸG Collection: virgin Slavic hair, chosen for longevity, natural tone, and premium craftsmanship.
  • All ready-made wigs are final sale once worn, due to hygiene regulations.
  • Returns for unworn, unaltered ready-made wigs may be considered within 7 days of receipt, subject to approval.






🟤  Colour Changes & Hair Longevity



  • All coloured human hair may fade or warm slightly over time, particularly with exposure to sunlight, heat tools, or air.
  • This is a normal characteristic of coloured hair and not a fault.
  • Legacy Collection wigs are more prone to colour change due to processing; WŸG pieces are more stable in tone due to their virgin state.






🟤  Scalp Spa & Hair Loss Treatments



  • We offer scalp-focused rituals including Oway Tricho therapy, microneedling, and stem cell treatments.
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment.
  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments may incur a full session charge.
  • Treatment fees are non-refundable once completed.






🟤  VAT Relief for Medical Hair Loss



  • Clients with medical hair loss (e.g. alopecia, chemotherapy) may be eligible for VAT-free wig purchases.
  • A signed declaration or letter from a medical professional may be required.
  • We’ll guide you through the process during your consultation.






🟤  Complaints & Concerns



  • If you have any concerns, we kindly ask that they be raised within 7 days of receiving your wig or treatment.
  • Please email us with supporting details and photographs.
  • We will assess the concern in line with our quality standards and aim to resolve it professionally and fairly.
  • We do not offer compensation or refunds for natural wear, tonal shifts, or dissatisfaction based on changing preferences.

We do not offer refunds or compensation for dissatisfaction caused by natural wear, colour changes, or a change of mind. All products are supplied in good faith and checked thoroughly before dispatch or fitting.
